GenCMS is a web workspace operated by IGEARS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Administrators lock tenants to AIHK or AICA and manage regional AI keys, signed-in tenant users can run Composer, and anyone can run public Guard scans. Tenant-scoped Skill installs, Memory sources, drafts, policy settings, activity metadata and API keys persist; execution, retrieval, scheduling, publishing, billing and a unified execution API remain previews.

The Guard rule engine, the Memory architecture and the Skill format are written for GenCMS. Where a third-party engine is added, its result says so.

Every component is reviewed on its own licence, including its dependencies and any network-use obligations.
